EPC retail space has plenty to offer from Chefs' spices we use here in our dishes to great hostess gifts. Or grab one of our wines from either the $10, $15 or $20 rack and buy some local cheeses or some beautiful Salmon.  Enough written word, you will just have to come and taste the difference.
